Think of it as your “locals’ secret” — but officially unlocked 🔓
📱 How do I use my card?
When you’re at a participating venue, simply:
👉 Scan the venue’s QR code
👉 Your can log your visit and collect a digital stamp
👉 Enjoy your member deal (if available)
📍 What happens when I scan a QR code?
When you scan a venue QR code:
your visit is logged
your membership is verified
you’ll be taken to that venue’s page
Simple, quick, and all done from your phone.
⏱️ How often can I scan at the same venue?
You can log one visit per venue every 24 hours.
This keeps things fair for everyone and ensures offers aren’t abused.
❌ What happens if I scan twice?
If you try to scan again within 24 hours, you’ll see a message letting you know you’ve already checked in.

🔐 Do I need to be logged in?
Yes — you’ll need to be logged into your Protaras Connected account for visits to be tracked and for your membership to be verified. But don't worry, our system makes it super easy, taking you directly to a claim stamp page with a simple sign up form.
🧾 How do venues know I’m a valid member?
When you scan:
your membership status is checked automatically
venues can also verify your profile if needed
Only active members can access offers.
🤔 If I scan the QR code 10 times, do I get 10 cocktails?

You can only log one visit per venue every 24 hours — but we admire the ambition.
